If you want an example of an effective way to spend your enhancements, check this link. The ones listed here are for a WF barbarian, but it should be close enough to give you a general idea.

You should probably ditch Desert Lore and the higher tiers of Extend Rage and Extra Rage. They look good on paper, but really that is much more Rage than you will ever need. With the FB set and only the first tier of Extra Rage, that's already 8 rages at endgame--which translates to ~25 minutes of Rage between shrines, with minimal investment into Extend Rage.
