Just a couple of quick observations:

    No power attack? Ever? Really?

I believe GTWF has been scaled down to basically one extra off-hand attack. Imp Crit is probably a better choice to take first. I have a Drow Pally and she's 15 now. I put off extend until 12 to take Imp Crit at 9. It's a little painful, but it seemed worth it. Extend is really only useful for Divine Favor and Angelskin unitl you get Zeal. Imp Crit gives you much more bang at the mid levels, I think. YMMV

FOP seems a terrible waste. You need to pump Wisdom for casting spells and spell points anyway. I think at 15 her WIS save is 25 unbuffed. If you can't fit it in before 18, I would suggest power attack at that point.

Exalted Smites are a great way for you to pump your DPS. I see 250 to almost 300 damage on exalted smite crits (with Khopesh) constantly. Even on Elite quests an exalted smite makes a caster MOB go down so fast it's almost embarassing. You will still do crazy damage with rapiers too.

Not sure if spending points on Imp Bulwark is worth it. Without a monk splash your AC may not matter as much at higher levels. Again, YMMV.

So far I love HOTD II. The "sealed soul" has seemed to so far prevent any level drains(even against Beholders and various pesky living spellcasters). I feel like a warforged! LOL Doesn't help against stat damage (BOO) but not losing levels is nice. Although you could cure it easily with the Restorations you get for free. They do make stat drains pretty trivial, at least until you run out. She has 7 per rest so far I think. I carry extra restoration scrolls around for long quests just in case.

I went with a 2 monk splash for evasion. Pure is also a very tempting route. Hate losing Weapons of Good and such. But she pretty much never takes damage from any spells or traps unless she actually rolls a "1".

    Hope any of that helps.
