Game works great except my 2 main mouse buttons are now backwards for the game but not for standard use with the OS....How do I flip them?

Have you double-checked Options > Keybinding? There also might be something in there about left-handed mouse but I've never looked for it.
Failing that, there's always deleting userpreferences.ini to see if that would do anything. You might see if other people have an idea first, though.It occurs to me that the dice are being rolled by the same computer that's trying to kill me. It knows all the moves - it's just toying with me.

I've made no OS change, but this new update has also reversed my mouse buttons. What's the easiest way to get them back without screwing up everything else? I don't want to hit default and mess up all my other settings I've changed.

As with most things and new windows 7 and the update 1.. reinstall the game with the downloader.
