Did you guys changed the TTL on chat server packets?

I can only connect after 0100 and before 1100 (the time varies a lil).
My ISP clames that altho they have some bandwith scaling and port blocking none of them works based on time of the day.

This problem is affecting me for the previous 5 weeks. and im getting to the point where the only good explanation is that the TTL was changed (assuming that everyone is saying the truth).

iv tried anything else..

reinstall network drivers
different computers
connect direct to the internet
remove and reinstall .net
pylotro
change the userdefinedport setting to almost anything....


im geting frustrated and i cancled my subscription today due this problem.
