Default Am I supposed to have more points?

I Started in the original Head start back in '06, but stopped playing back in Feb '09, I just came back a week ago as a VIP, but did log on a few time as a f2p and I played in the Unlimited Beta.

Couple of questions. When I logged on as a f2p I had 600 points, I have no clue where those came from or what system added them. nothing in your chart added up to 600 points. When I became a subscriber I expected this:

    Played in Beta: 250
Used DDO Store in Beta: 250 (Not Sure about this one)
    VIP & Played 2+ Years: 1,500
    VIP Monthly: 500
    Total: 2,500

I Still have only seen the original 600, which I still have no clue where that came from. I also have not seen my monthly 500 after the subscription.

Where did my 600 come from? and Where is my rest? Is the VIP & Played 2+ Years, only for those that where VIP when Eberron unlimited launched? If so that is not clear and should be made more clear in the original article.

    Thanks

I am assuming you guys are really busy with all the new players, because you guys used to reply to posts put into the support forums a lot quicker.

The only points that state that are the 999 points. the others don't state that you need to been active that day.

That Is what I am trying to clarify, I would like those points as advertised, and if not I want them to change the advertisement to make it clear.

Played in Beta: 250 This is lamma beta, not the 06 beta, if you came back a week ago you were not in this.
Used DDO Store in Beta: 250 (Not Sure about this one) Same beta as above. You dont get these.
VIP & Played 2+ Years: 1,500 You had to be active at the launch of EU to actually get this.
VIP Monthly: 500 You only get these as a vip after the launch of EU. If you are still F2P, you wont see these. If youare VIP, you might have gotten your first months worth for 500
Total: 2,500 Total from above: 500 at best.

I Still have only seen the original 600, which I still have no clue where that came from. I also have not seen my monthly 500 after the subscription.

Your 600 pts are likely from favor + your first month VIP. Your highest favor character that logged in earns you favor at every milestone, on each server, which can hit 100 pretty easily.

Thanks for the reply Lithic, but to clear things I was in the EU Beta, No where in the advertisement does it say you need to been a VIP during launch to get the extra points for being a long time subscriber, the only time it mentions a date is for the 999 for being a subscriber on july 31, and the 600 is not from my first 500 subscription since I noticed it before I became a subscriber again when I logged on as a f2p after launch before i re subscribed. though I could be from favor, not sure how the favor for turbine points work.

I was a subscriber from Feb 2006 - Feb 2009, all it says if you where a subscriber for 2+ years & VIP you get an extra 1500, well I am now a VIP and I was a Subscriber for 2+ years, so according to the article I should be getting that 1500, also I have still not seen my first months 500.

We do try to keep an eye on the forums, but please keep in mind that they are not an official way to request assistance from Turbine. The forums are meant to be a place where players can discuss and ask questions of each other. We do keep an eye on them, and where an official answer would be helpful we try to pipe in (I especially do so in this forum). However, we can't assist with specific account issues or questions via the forums.

To find out if you should have more points, and move them to the correct subscription if necessary, you will need to send an email to the Account Management department. Because of the in-depth research required, they aren't able to assist with Beta and age of account points inquiries via the phone.

Regarding your subscription points, you can call about that, or include it in your email. Please note that email turn around is about 2 weeks at the moment (Eberron has turned out to be very popular). All emails are answered in the order they are received.

I did not expect to get my account fixed through you guys, just the answer to my question, that what I thought the support forums where for.

I have put a Ticket in a few days ago, but expecting a long time for a reply I put this post here to answer my questions not fix my account

Thanks for the reply, though it would have been nice if you answered my question.

Victorie, at least one of my questions can be answered without looking at my account.

Is the VIP & Played 2+ Years bonus turbine points, only for those that where VIP when Eberron unlimited launched?

If that answer is yes please pass on to the prober people to change the announcement of the bonus Turbine points to indicate that since it does not state that in the announcement.

if you can't answer account questions, what is the use have having a account support forum?

you can help me with this, please lead me to a place where I can make suggestions about what a account support forum should be.
