Where is the best place to be when you are shot up in the air to pull the switch at the end fight?

I should clarify, where should you stand on the floor or what technique do you use to get up to the switch?
Do you stand under the banners? or in the center of the room?

Directly under the banner and push towards it as you go up. I usually get the boss agro and dps him right there, so I can time it carefully. Go up at 75%, 50% and 25% health.

It's not a switch, but merely a rune that you light up.

A barbarian or monk can get all 3 in 1 go.

However.. It is still buggy, sometimes you get up there and all runes are already light, so you can not do anything to get the chest.
