Angry Where is my Turbine Points?

I have bought VIP for one months and today my account has expired.
I have bought 3 months' VIP again 5 minutes ago and I have never ever bought anything from the DDO store.

    Here is the problem:

    WHERE IS MY TURBINE POINTS?
It suppose to be 2000 points in total(500+1500) in my account which I plan to use today. However I got nothing!!!

Another question is: Why I can not use the warfloged when my Vip has expired?

your 500/tp is supposed to be in your store within 24 hours of subscription. If it isn't be prepared to either wait WEEKS AND WEEKS after submitting a account support ticket, or be prepared to call turbine long distance and sit on hold for nearly an hour to have them fix it.

You are supposed to get the 500 VIP points in the morning after your subscription fee is processed. If you reinstated today, then tomorrow morning you should have the 500 VIP points. For players who select multi-month VIP subscriptions, you get 500 points monthly on the anniversary of your payment date. For example, you should get 500 points tomorrow, then 500 points in November and 500 points in December.

If you did not receive points from a previous payment, and don't have your points after 8 am tomorrow morning then please contact the Account Management department about either or both issues (you can send one email or place one call). All emails are answered in the order they are received, however turn around is about 2 weeks right now due to volume. The phones have also been very busy lately, so you may be on hold for a while, but if you can hold then someone will be happy to assist you.

Warforged must be purchased to be used by non-VIP players.

I honestly have no idea what HotDogBun is talking about. I called the number listed in Victorie's sig, was on hold for maybe five minutes due to high call volume (which is less time then I'd spend on hold trying to talk to CS with my local phone company, by the way), talked to CSA named Chris and in five minutes he was able to add the 500 vip points to my account. Having dealt with the customer service provided by Code Masters on the Euro servers (or lack of customer service), this was by far the most painless costumer support experience I've ever had when dealing with an MMO developer.

To bad I've already gone an spent the 500 points...
