    A couple of things...

I notice your build has 3x +3 tomes. Do you have them already? Because if you don't then its slightly unrealistic to bank your build on 3 relatively difficult loot drops. I havent even managed to get snag one +3 tome yet.

Its a shame being a Warforged and not using THF. If you switch to THF you'll qualify +1 to hit (Lord of Blades, if you use greatswords), the WF THF enchancements, and you'll save yourself 2 feats. If you really insist on TWF then consider Dwarf as that way you'll get Dwarven axes feat (plus the Dwarf axe enchancements) for free. If you do switch to THF, then I would drop your DEX and pump-up CHR.

And on the subject of CHR...ouch. (Assuming you have the +3 tome), you are still going to have a very low CHR score Through out much of the game. The means weak LOH, Weak Saves, Weak Smite/Sacrifice, weak intimidate, weak UMD. CHR is the 2nd most important stat for a Pally. You really want that at 14 at the least...I prefer 16 asap.

Skills: I'd use UMD myself (as long as pump up the CHR). A pally shouldnt be casting spells in combat, he should do so before combat, therefore concentration is less useful. I would also throw what points I could into jump. You'll want to get some additional self-healing besides the LOH, repair wands require UMD.

Personally I would ditch Khopesh and the entire TWF line. Go THF, get Stunning Blow (and the WF enhancements), Power Attack, Toughness and IC:Slash. This gives you a feat to play with. Drop dex and pump str and cha. Find a +2 cha tome and get at least the first 2 tiers of Divine Might, more if possible. Use a greatsword/greataxe at lower levels then marry a falchion.

IMHO, it might be better to make a Fighter with your current stat distribution as you will not be getting much advantage of making a Paladin. Bladesworn Transformation has a loooooong cooldown and the duration is not so good. I primarily use it in short fights where I know my LOHs will be enough for healing. As a Figther you could've nearly the same str all the time (compared to pally with bladesworn active). Splash 2 lvls of pally if you want better saves.

If you really want to make a Paladin; as other have stated, raise the charisma. Personally I usually try to start with 15 for easy access to DM II (+1 tome) and to be able to get DM III with a +3 tome.

    Edit:
Check out the TWF Bladesworn build in this link:

It's actually valid for both TWF and THF depending on feat choices (or feat respec). However, it requires a +2 dex tome for GTWF and a +2 wis tome for being able to cast lvl 4 spells.
