    Wink PnP

    PnP

    *AD&D red box and 2nd
*Rifts [the only way to play if you want to be the damage guy of all time]
*TMNT & Other Strangeness [forced group Table Game... loved it!]
*Paranoia [how many times do you die a day?]
*HōL [more of a joke game but trying to follow the rules was fun!]
*Vampire: The Masquerade [2nd+3rd] + LARP [was ST for the CAM before WW took over]
*Mage: The Ascension [2nd and 3rd]
*GURPS [seriously... anything I want? ... where do I sign up?]
*Shadowrun [my elf hacks your dragon vault!]
    *Champions [math the fun way]
*Aberrant [Champions for stupid people, but fun to play because of the simple ruleset]
*Mage: The Sorcerers Crusade [You can drop the world they made and make anything you want an use the magic system to do whatever you want]
*Amber [There were not really any rules or limits. More of a story circle than anything with the DM moving things along when the group ran out of steam.]
*Star Wars [d6 system - pretty fun]
*D20 Core [I liked that it became like a GURPS with better rules Farscape meets DragonLance here we come!]

I still have character sheets and DM/ST notes from many of them... had to dig them out of a box when I saw people listing PnP games.

Had actually forgotten about Amber. Was simplistic, but really fun. Was the first in my circle to completely walk the Pattern and the Logrus. No dice, but lots of fun.

    Mine:

    • Legend of Dragoon (ps1, 4 discs... epic)
    • Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Shadows (PS2, after playing Aion I realized they didnt rip off WoW, they ripped of this)
    • Strife. OLD pc game based on the doom 1 engine that was a GENIOUS blend of rpg and fps. If you can get it, do so.
    • KoToR. Nuff said.

+1 to anyone who beat LoD (all four discs) and who even played Strife.

Funny enough I disliked FF(anything) immensely. Did not like SoM, Star Ocean, or alot of other big ones

Another question for you guys is what is that one game you enjoyed but you bet non of us have ever heard of? I will have to go with Strife. If they remade it for next-gen I would shell out $60 for it the day it came out.
    1. Legend of Dragoon: I wish someone would re-make it for the next-gen systems *Dreams of LoD on PS3 and then reaches for a paper towel*
    2. FF3: First one I ever played and have been hooked on RPG's ever since
    3. FF7: What i consider to be the last good FF game. All the rest started getting way out there after this one.
    4. Xenogears: thanks to Failstorm666 for reminding me of this one. Remebered playing it just couldn't remember the name

Xenogears, after the first few hours, when the story starts actually rolling along, it is just "how can we be more pwn than before"

The most stellar RPG/Story line game that impressed me during its time was...

Betrayal at Krondor - This game made such a good impression i give it 10/10

Suikoden II is one I've not seen mentioned yet. Loved that game.

I liked the Final Fantasy series until they drifted away from the fantasy setting and delved more into the technology/steampunk settings.

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Awesome game. Even though it was listed as an Action-RPG.

Baldur's Gate was loads of fun.

    And many others mentioned previously.
