Do Premium Members Pay?

Hey guys, I have a question.

A couple days ago, I decided to buy some Tpoints so I could be the Drow race. Today, I noticed that my account was listed as a "Premium Account" and it used to say "Free Account." The first thought that went through my head was, "Uh oh, what does that mean?" My question is this:

Do you have to pay a monthly fee to be a premium player, and if so, how does one downgrade back to a "Free Account?"

No monthly fee, premium just indicates that you have spent some money. Being premium also removes the plat cap and provides other benefits too.
