Ok so i load the game everything goes fine but when i get to the character creation page the background is black and its only light blue boxes with white lines going through them i've tried changeing the resolution and i dont know what else to do please help

Will anyone help at all? btw when i go to load a already made character the it wont load me into the game

Ok so i uninstalled ddo and tdm but now when its reinstalling tdm its stuck on "downloading" its been like that for 2 hours
