i think it may be a playstyle issue.
greataxe does a lot more damage, but crits less often
falchion does less damage but crits considerably more often.
g.sword i think is higher base damage and higher crit range, but less crit multiplier (i dont remember though)(Perma) - Khyber - Official Helpers Guild Noob
