conection problems

after i choose my character and after it loads the area and after i see ppls apear and my characters and everything
its get stucks and at the left square at the top of the screen it shows red and unconected
some chat massages come to the ingame chat but thats kind of it
oh and my massages aren't
so... can u help me?
