Casters and your FTS !! Stop it lol !!

I have ridiculous saves and find that caster/cleric can only 1 shot me with either searing light or scorching ray, albeit power word stun.

I find it amusing that they get upset if I trip them. When you get to 20, just laugh it off as their only 1 trick ponies at that point.

But I digress, I find PVP pointless because all it proves is that some other person was quicker to the punch on a certain spell/trick then you were. And the Lobster is the proving grounds for anticipated drop downs into the pit.

btw I went back to ghallanda to make a beast toon will be back to kill who ever messes with you the make you eat box!!!!

Geez thanks .. Ya I tend to try and get along with everyone no matter whats going on and will always give them the benifit of the doubt even when warned otherwise.

I have started to make my list of " hop out of PvP when *** logs on" however as the auto jump in FTS then wait to die sucks lol

Ya know as far as Ultimega goes ... I have seen his FS on lots. Bugger made 20th lvl in like 5 days I swear !! BUT I have not seen Ulti in quite a few days !!

Just get a w/e bow or throwing weapon... oh and a fort save... all problems solved.

Hehe ... I love the fact that someone suggested I get a bow !! Ya for sure .. I'll look into that option !

Also .... As noted above, You will fail your Fort save about 50% of the time.

It really becomes a matter of hoping for a couple crits or lighting strike to go off before I fail my fort save !

Also the guy above wasn't just suggesting any bow, he was suggesting a Weakening/Enfeebling bow. Two pulls of Many Shot = Helpless/Burdened caster.

chances are that caster has low str or dex and high con
but like the above said, grab the Mantle of the Worldshaper from Threnal South and you'll be set for revenge
either that or get a caster yourself and Power Word: Stun his ass to oblivion

For this fight in particular I used all of the noted bows

+4 w/e Lonbow
+3 WoP longbow (
Greensteel Triple Neg Bow ( worked well )
Greensteel Lighting Strike bow ( worked VERY well only once )
Greensteel Radience Bow ( Useless on him )
+4 Transmuter of Greater Construct Bane ... ( losta damage )
+ a few other bows that were also weak attempts at killing a 20th lvl sorc lol

The problem becomes that in between him casting offensive spells, hes got heal scrolls negating scrolls negating any damage I have done !

Regardless it was all fun and a learning experience !!
