Grtr/Lssr Reincarnation Question

For some reason I don't recall seeing this.

TrueR specifically lists items that can be found in game to qualify for the TrueR. Are there also in game items that can be earned for Lssr/Grtr? My concern namely being that I do not want to be forced to use the DDOstore for an in game change to my character. If it is available in the DDOstore, there should be some way to earn it in game as well.

(And don't even bother with the favor system - didn't these cost something like ~1000 TP?)
