Veteran player returns, but where are my toons?

So, I finally upgraded to VIP (site was down during the two days I wanted to, and delayed me lol) and logged into Thelanis (originally I was on Thrashk <sp>) and I cant find my toons. I knew when i started dinking around with free to play I couldnt see them because my main WF Barb was a restricted class. However, now that I VIP'd up and have access to all of it again, I cant find my toons still. did they get deleted? Were they moved to a different server? Is there just a delay in the content upgrade in my account? I can create a new WF, but where is mine?

Normally I wouldnt care, but I had 4 lvl 10 toons, decked in VoA gear and sitting on around 750K Plat....I would like to be able to play my old toons again, but ***?

Any and all assistance would be appreciated.

Check the other servers, all of my characters got moved to sarlona, used to be on aerenal.

You should have been able to see the characters, even if you couldn't access them if you were logging into the right server with the right account. Please see this sticky for more information.

Reading sticky and checking all other servers. Thanks for the help. If i still have no luck I guess i'll have to call acct management.

Sounds like you started a different account when you came F2P.

You should of beenable to see all your characters from Day one. Just not able to play them.

Log into you Turbine acount page and see what it says under DDO ACcount. I be you've got two acount now. Once you find them both, you should be able to call CS and get them to switch your VIP acount to your old account.(I think)

No luck on server surfing, no characters found. So I have the joy of waiting until the tiny window of hour phone support is available....

Now I am seriously confused lol I performed a character search for my toons and found them on Thelanis via MyDDO. ( http://my.ddo.com/character/thelanis/sergeant/ )

Yet, I can not see my toons.....
