stuck in quest loading

I started Cannith crystal quest group hard. After the "loading please wait" bar fills up, I stay on that screen. My party member sees me in the antechamber but I'm not doing anything.
I tried to log out and bag in, when I finish the "loading please wait" bar, I'm still stuck in Korthos Hall. My party member left the quest but I'm still stuck in limbo.

How do I get out?

Actually I just tested the starter quest with a new character and same thing happens. I had no problem loading quests until the full game finished downloading...

It's an annoying bug.

You can log out then back in.

You can also type this, even if you can't see what you're typing: "/logout" then Enter.

This will bring up the logot screen and show you outside the instance even though your party mates can see you inside.

Click yes to log out and wait 1-2 minutes.

If it doesn't shunt you into the quest you need to relog. If you do get into the quest, you will lose most sound effects for the duration of that instance.
