Just a thought to share...
The KotC Set addes GEOB to your weapons...
Which, in theory, stacks with KotC III...
Which, in theory, stacks with Paladin Capstone...
Which, when added onto a Mineral II Khopesh...
Is a whole heck-of-a-lotta damage against Evil Outsiders (Which is MOST of the high-end content in the game right now)
Let's assume just 30 STR...
Damage -
1d10 + 5 - Green Steel Khopesh
1d6 - Acid (Mineral II)
1d6 - Good Burst (Mineral II)
1d6 - Holy Capstone
2d6 - Light Capstone
4d6 - Knight of the Chalice III
4d6 - Knight of the Chalice Set Bonus
10 - Strength
3 - Divine Favor
6 - Divine Might III
-------------------------
1d10 + 24 + 13d6 on Hit = 38-112 Damage per hit
4d6 - Good Burst Critical
2d10 - Acid Blast Critical
6 - Bloodstone
-------------------------
(1d10 + 24 + 6)*3 + 17d6 + 2d10 on Critical = 112-242 Damage per Critical
4d6 - Acid Blast Vorpal
-------------------------
(1d10 + 24 + 6)*3 + 21d6 + 2d10 on Vorpal = 116-266 Damage on Vorpal
And I have no idea what that all works out to on a smite at the moment... it is too late at night, and my head is already swimming with those numbers.
Consider that on a Vorpal, you could have 10 numbers up there (as a PURE PALADIN!)
Base + Acid + Good Burst + Good Burst Crit + Acid Blast Crit + Acid Blast Vorpal + Holy Cap + Light Cap + KotC III + KotC Set...
Then add Rogue 1 for +1d6 Sneak Attack for 11 damage numbers... and add the Monk Fire Ring for +1d6 Fire damage... 12 damage numbers.... do I hear 13?
But HOLY CARP!!! That is a *LOT* of damage! Especially if you go TWF!
