Character Server Transfer

Hi, I was wondering how long it takes to get an answer from Turbine Support for the Server to Server Character transfers. I have so far sent in 2 different requests, and I had not received any e-mails from Turbine Support after each request.

I am starting to get a little frustrated about the whole thing, even though it says 3-5 days on the website, and 2-3 weeks to transfer, it all seems like a little too long of a wait just to move one character.

I had wanted to move a character from Thelanis to Khyber, though... Since all my friends are over there now...

The turn around for all Premium Services is currently about 2 weeks. This is due to the volume we are currently experiencing. We are working to expedite this process, but have not completed all updates at this time.

I apologize, but our current email system doesn't have any email confirmations. However, there is a confirmation page that appears after a request is successfully submitted. You will receive an email confirmation once the transfer is complete. (And no, they won't do it twice, because the character will already be moved.)
