Character transfer and Favor bonuses

I have read through the FAQ about 100 times trying to figure this out and can't seem to come up with a sure answer so I'm seeking help from whoever can assist me.

Q: If I transfer a character that has acquired the 1700 favor to allow for the 32 point build from one server to another, does this bonus transfer with the character or stay with the original server? For example: If I transfered my level 16 barbarian from Khyber to Sarlona, which server would then have the 32 point build available?

Both.

You have flagged the old server already and can delete all characters and create a 32 pointer.

When the 1750-unlocking character hits the new server, go talk to Nyx and 32 pointers are available there now too.

You can even send that character to a third server and keep 32 pointers on all 3!

Personally, I just spent the 2-3 weeks on each server meeting new peeps and getting gear for my new 32 pointers

At this time you would just keep the 32 point build access on the original server. You no longer will be able to unlock that access with the same character on the new server. We are aware that this may have been possible for a time, due to a glitch, but that has since been updated. Sorry, I'm pretty sure that wasn't the news you were hoping for.
