Actually, my bound to character Retribution was retroactively made bound to account.
I have confirmed with others, account bound items in mod9 that were character bound in mod8, are now account bound.Proud Leader & official Gimp of Crimson Eagles on Khyber

well, I'm calling shenanigans until i have physical evidence. as in, you mail me the unbound black widow bracers. and i equip them. and then mail them to my other toon. and then delete the toon you mailed the bracers to. and then run away super fast. muahahahaha. errr..... I take it you dropped these in a chest, and not as an end reward for WW, right? At least that's where i got mine.
I really shouldn't complain, as I've been having an awesome luck streak with a house D quest that i can solo in un der 3 minutes, and the worst item I've gotten so far was a +2 acid shortsword of deception. Yay me!
What's this got to do with your uber unbound named stuff? Nothing. But I'm trying to make myself feel better by (unsuccessfully) belittling your awesome luck
