Not that I really care, but I am gonna ask it anyways ....
Why did DDO start having all these items bind to account ?
Is it so the F2P peeps will have to pay for the adventure packs that these items are in ?

wasn´t thoose items (delera rewards etc) unbound when the game was launched back in 2006.
