Noob in need of build advice

I just started the game and I was needing some advice. I bought the worforged race because they look awesome and I made him a fighter cause I was told they do well as a fighter, but I was wanting to know how I should build him, I am going for a straight up tank how should I build him?

if your going pure fighter all the Con and Str you can get and focus on the THW feats and enhancements.

Other then that there are about a million different builds out there. Only other things I can suggest would be get healers friend II (or healers will hate you) and if you don't care about the fighter level 20 cap stone squeeze in one level of wizard even if you cant cast spells do to int of under 11 it gives you access to repair wands. This is not really required but it is nice if you find yourself soloing a lot.
