OK I've been waiting going on almost 2 weeks now. At 1st this was just a DDO issue with no VIP points and no Favor Points being added to the account. I've read all the forums posts by the mods and clicked all the _HERE_ things they posted within those threads. I've got 4 or 5 'tickets' pending and not one has been responded too. Being a VIP member I was under the impression we got enhanced support, please correct me if I'm wrong about this.
Today the issue became a Turbine in general problem. Not only do I still have the VIP points problem a friend begged and pleaded for everyone in our house to come back to LotRO and even went so far as to purchased collector's editions for *ALL* the accounts I have. My accounts are royally screwed up and I can't post to the LotRO forums because you need an active game account to post to the forums so I'm left with posting here.
Yesterday I spent 22 minutes on hold when I tried to call the support number, you might wanna lower the volume on your music on there it's a bit on the loud side. I was calling from a cell phone (pre-paid) that charges about 30 cents a minute. I'm not really liking the fact I have to spend MORE money to get issues fixed, thought that's what I was paying subsription fees for. Anyway... I'd really like to get either an email response from one of the 'tickets' I posted already or better yet a phone call (the phone # on the account is current) from someone that can actually help me get all my accounts & my DDO issue resolved today. I won't be a very happy camper if I have to sit on hold again come 2pm and all bets will be off that I won't be yelling alot...
