yes, but healing amp is multiplicative, and this can penalize warforged

you wont gain 20% incoming healing .. you'll gain 20% more of what you're already getting. IE, if you have healers I (65% incoming healing), leviks will bring you up to 78%. Similarly, if you have more than 100% base healing (monks or humans with their enhanement lines), leviks will give you more than 20%.
