System Error Encountered

MY roommate is trying to make a free account here https://trial.turbine.com/ddo.php and every time he submits, it either returns with "username may be taken" message or goes to a blank white page saying "System Error Encountered, please try back again later."

This has happend about 10 times >.<

Please have your friend send an email to the Account Management department via the form in my signature. Be sure they pick the "New Free Account Key Request" type from the DDO support page. There is a system in place to expedite keys in response to these emails.
