Default How do I make my own guild

I am new to the game, but have several of my friends who are now playing this game. I would like to know how do you create your own guild and what are all the details about starting one...any help would be appreciated and I thank you in advance to anyone who can help.

Starting a guild is simple. Go into the DDO store and purchase a Guild Charter for 250 points.

Everytime I have tried over the last couple of days it always says the same thing:
" this offer is not available at this time"
Is that because I'm playing the game free ?
Do I have to be a VIP or a paying user to start my own guild ?
If I do decide to be a paying player because that's what it takes to start a guild....once I make one, if I then go back to paying the game for free, will my guild be null and void or will it disappear ?

Thanks if you can help by answering any of these questions.

Find a nice VIP to greate a guild for you, invite you, then make you leader.

Screw paying to be in a guild

Let me know the server and guild name you want, I will greate the guild for you.

Let me know what character name - I will mail you a recruit sigil.

When I see you have accepted, I just promote you and leave the guild

Honestly I don't know. I assumed that because the purchased of the guild charter is all one needs to start a guild that you wouldn't have any issues. Maybe Dirkha is right and you may need to reach a certain level? But I have a character that is level 4 and has own guild.

I was a P2P player and recently returned as a F2P so I can answer that no you don't lose your guild if you were P2P and switched to F2P. I'm going to try and make a guild tonight to see what happens with a level 5 character.

Arnya's idea is also good and less costly and one to take avantage off. Good luck with your guild.

Thanks a bunch Arnya !! You rule !!

    I am on Cannith server.

The guild name should be: WFA Warriors

That stands for We Fight Anyone

    My characters name is Balzaq

    He's a dwarven fighter.

    Once again thanks.
