I am interested in making an Elven Rogue/Bard (possible ranger/fighter splash).
I am looking for Bard Spells cure (any variety), heroism, displacement, haste.
I am looking for very good rogue capabilities of spotting, disabling traps, and picking locks.
I want to have good dodge, jump ability (to par or better).
I plan to use a repeating crossbow, and either 2 weapon or some type of melee attack with maybe a good damage output (possibly ranger specialties).
I am looking for a 20 point build, and will seek out whatever attainable gear/tomes I may need at later levels when possible. I currently have a +3 heavy repeating crossbow (whats the difference between light and heavy??)
My goals are to be able to attack from a range with success (crossbow), be able to sneak attack, and combat melee as a 3rd choice (maybe 2 weapon fighting).
Have good jump and evasive maneuvers.
Ability to cast self buffs, heals, haste, crowd control would be a bonus.
Ability to spot traps/secret doors, disable traps, and pick locks.
I am not looking for an ENDGAME crit, but rather someone who can advance to lvl 20 with great ease using this role-playing as a self support ranged crit that can attack from behind (either sneak or range), and do all the little utility that the other players in the group cannot attend to.
Currently I have rolled a crit that will follow the http://forums.ddo.com/showpost.php?p...32&postcount=1 build. However I do not like the unnecessary spells and feats, and I have no idea whether or not any of these extra skills are necessary...
What I am looking for is some starting stats, and an attainable goal of skill modifiers (total) where I can distribute across the levels... I hope to spend feats on point blank shot, rapid shot, many shots, exotic weapon focus repeating crossbow. Maybe a few feats in critical damage of range, skills in 2 weapon fighting, or some extend spell or mental toughness for SP. Any suggestions or input would be appreciated.
