Yay! I got one! But I have no use for it being a DPSer, so I am willing to trade it out.

Only thing is... I don't know much about its value, other then on the AH its about 3.5 million gold.

its still good for a few hit points. +4 to hit and saves. immuntity to fear. and in an emergency if someone goes incapped you can use it on that person as a temporary cure that will get the person up long enough that they can pot up. this may just be my opinion but girds are one of a dps person best friends.

This is one of the first things I get for my tanks when they hit lvl9.

Dude...keep it. I have two on all my melee. Nice to have a extra if you or a party member get debuffed.
