Two weapon blocking and defense. Do they work with handwraps?

Weapon focus, specialisation, critical etc. Bludgeoning works with handwraps?

Edit: does warforged healer's friend stack with the monks? if so, how? direct? (15 plus 20 makes 35% bonus) gradual? (15% then 20%)

yes, it works with handwraps(synonym for unarmed)

My wf monk has healer's friend I and monk improved recovery, with a total of 78% healing. Seems to be the healing after wf healer's friend * monk bonus. (.65 * 1.2 = .78)

two weapon blocking and defense do NOT work with handwraps, they require a weapon to be equiped in the off-hand slot

No.

They stack multiplicatively. 15% and 20% =/= 35%, it's less than that.

I'm pretty sure it's base heal + 15% of base heal + 20% of base heal

So if the base heal is 10, it would be

10 + 1.5 + 2.

Which ends up the same as 10 + 35% of base heal.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but everything else works off of base numbers.
