Thanks for the reply, I couldn't find the add game card option under My Account. I have tried to contact account management using the email form but I have not receive any response yet.
I have the same problem... I bought a PayByCash game card but I can't insert it in my subscription... I tried to contact the Turbine by the Account ticket 15 days ago but they didn't reply me until today... I'm tired to wait.
This solution is not working for me... The "Add Game Card" button is not avaliable for me and when I click "Get Unlimited Access" the unique payment method that appear is by Credit Card...
What should I do? Wait Turbine reply the Acc Ticket that I sent 15 days ago?
Same problem here too, 2 weeks and no answer from support.
Could anyone just fix the goddamn site or give me a working solution?
We are aware that there is an error that causes some accounts to not have an option to add a Game Time Card to an account. This same error may cause some players to be able to add a Game Time Card, but do not receive the VIP access/time from the card. We are working to resolve this error.
In the interim, please contact the Account Management department, as they do have a work around that can resolve this issue. Phone and email options are available in my signature. Please be sure to have the GTC ready or include it in the email.
