Ok heres the problem/
1. my account keeps get set at premuim level. when I have paid for VIP status
2. as a VIP I should get 500 TP/month but all I have ever gotten was 250 for september and zero for october
as far as #1 each day I log into the game I have to go to the account managment web site and re-enter my payment info and click on the get unlimeted butten, then relaunch the game. this has been happening all week.
now today oct 4 09 my account is reset to premum for NON-PAYMENT!
I paid for oct at the end of sep like the 26 or 27th now I use a prepaid card due to past extra payments so I only keep enugh on this card to par for DDO.

I have sent many emails to account managment with no succes or resaulition.

so is ther a turbine staff member out ther with sugestions?
