here is what is the problem, i log in, every thing is fine, i am on the server Thelanis. and boom, now its showing the video with a warforged (recently downloaded the game, dont know whats going on) the video lasts a couple seconds before everything goes away and then the computer wants me to send a error report in.

Not really a solution
I had the same problem this morning - I just esc'd out of the video and then things loaded normally. The video didn't pop up again the next time I tried to log in, so I guess it's just a one-time thing.

Just push ESC when the video starts.
It only plays once now, used to play every time so count yourself lucky
If you are really OCD about it, just edit the userpreferences.ini file in my documents.
Change this: ShowIntroMovie=True
To this: ShowIntroMovie=FalseBLACK MANTIS - Sarlona
