Credit card required to submit ticket re: GTC

Hi,

So, I got a GTC via PayByCash. I went to add it on my account and I apparently suffer from the issue mentioned in the sticky notes. I have neither a button I can press that says "game card" nor can I change my method of payment from credit card.

So, I go to email account management. But the form requires me to input the last four numbers of my credit card.

Obviously, I don't have a credit card. That's why I bought a game card. So, it seems I can't email them.

Now what? How do I add my GTC?

Just put in 4 zeros.

That's what I ended up doing. Still kind of dumb to have it as a required field though.
