Actually I just realized the problem. I spend a lot of my time in the party chat tab. But, when you share a quest (or someone shares with you) it sends the quest info to the general chat tab. Maybe make it so it says "This person is trying to share (quest name) with you in the /party tab too so we all don't miss these messages.
