    Default Better mouse control configuration

    * Ability to TURN OFF the feature that enables mouse-look mode when you press both mouse buttons. I hate this.
    * Ability to configure holding both mouse buttons to move forward - ala WoW
    * Ability to configure a mouse button to STEER ONLY (and not also overloaded with select, attack or use)

    better according to whom?

    Here's the best way to control:

    WASD, in mouselook 100% of the time, secondary mouse button (or fourth or fifth, if you have them .. although i don't know if DDO can bind fourth/fifth+ mouse button) held to have it off.

    If you control like wow, you're going to end up dead. A lot.

    yea, but you like me might come from a FPS background.

    well, it's basically an FPS game, though with the camera slightly up and out. Years and years of devising control schemes have pretty much determined there's not much of a better way of doing it.
