    Just sent a Second Email To CSR.. never heard back from first and still not 500 or 999 points... been VIP Since July 31 2009.. Never got ANY Points at all

    Zenako, that's a great idea, and I'll certainly pass along the feedback. In the interim, you can contact the Account Management department to see if you got their points. They won't mind looking.

    Vampyr3, I'm sure you will hear back from the Account Management department. Please note that email turn around for the Account Management department is about 2 weeks right now. This is largely due to volume (Eberron has proved extremely popular).
