    Default Solid Fog is Broken.

Havent used the spell much until recently (mostly just for the hound and thats a clicky) but on my caster Ive just gotten high enough to use it and nothing is slowed by it.

Ive used it on slimes, kobolds, gnolls, wolves, hobgoblins, iron defenders, humans and orcs at this point and the completley ignore it........... although it does provide concealment cover.

Ive dropped the spell until a fix shows itself.

I have noticed the same thing. I believe that some mobs are supposed to be immune to the effect, but not all of them.

I'm going to try testing this out tonight so I can provide more detail in a bug report.

Ranger with a solid fog clickie

If I have time, I'll try in different instances with several types of enemies.

By the way, there is a special form for bug reports.

Are you sure you're using solid fog and not fog cloud?

I have also noted it is not as effective....there does seem to be something wrong with it, though it could be that mobs work double hard now to avoid going into it...but not sure.

Well, I was lazy and only tested Solid Fog with my level 19 sorcerer. I went into Kobold Assault on Normal Difficulty.

I cast THREE Solid Fogs in a row, spaced out in front of the gateway (NOT stacked on top of each other). A mob coming along the path would have to go through three Areas of Effect to get to me.

Answer: Solid Fog does not slow down low-level Kobolds.

I also was in a group where a 16 Wizard cast solid fog, and did not notice it slowing down any Mobs.

Solid fog and acid fog have both been broken since DDO:EU went live. Well.. the mobs are unaffected.. but I myself as a player have been slowed by it when cast by a mob.

Oh yeah...... the monster cast version of the spell works just fine. I think they swapped recipes on us...... tricky kobolds.
