I have two accounts: one ViP the other Premium which houses my mules and a few playable characters. When I log into the Premium account the first time, I picked two mules and two of my playable characters. One of which was WF. My bad, wasn't thinking. But it accepted it and I was able to log into the game with him for a couple of days.
Now I can't, which I understand. However, I should be able to choose another character to replace the WF. I cannot, thus now I have only three characters to choose from, vice the 4 I should have. How do I get this resolved?

Wouldn't your Premium account have some TP from before when it was a normal account before you downgraded? If so you could just purchase WF I would think. I know both of my accounts had well in excess of 2000 TP in them from longevity, beta, etc.

THe account In which I refer has been unpaid for several months. Around Sept. 10th (I was on vacation, so it's a little blurry) I looked at the account and picked 4 characters, one of which was WF. The game allowed at the time and I logged in with him a couple of times. THen, a couple of days ago, I was checking for gear to mail to my FvS, I noticed that WF was blocked out. I am ok with that BTW. I just didn't think when I chose the first time. Anyways, now listed the character as not allow to play but will not allow me to change to another toon.

It's not a big deal, I don't play this account much, however I also dont have enough points to buy another slot on that account.
