Question is which enhancements should I go for??

for the extra skill point in level 1, I suggest you to put into tumble(make it non-zero)/balance/jump/Move Silently/Spot (in order) instead of bluff and intimidate which are useless. if it is your first toon or main seller toon, I suggest you get the max haggle (instead of diplomacy). It's not because diplomacy is not useful but plats are more useful to new players.

Recently, there are some discussion about putting stats in DEX and reduce CON. You should read those threads ("Importance of a high reflex save in mod9?" and "New Player Nuking 101") to make up your mind.

Spells and enhancement are inter-related and for both of them, you don't need to worry too much about. They can be swapped in a later time. (with some costs, for sure) in general, if you use fire spells, then get the corresponding Lineage of Elements and Deadly Elements enhancement to maximize the efficiency of your spells. You may also want to get scroll mastery (not as critical as non-WF sorc, however)

I only put stats in concentration, diplomacy and UMD. At the first lvl I put 4 con, 2 dip, 2 UMD. Then every lvl thereafter 1 con .5 dip .5 UMD. I think the increase in bluff and intimidate came automatically??

There are a lot of problems with the underlying build(your feats and spell selection are quite poor, stats are fine for what looks like a 28 point build?). That being said, typical enhancement layout is something like Fire/Cold damage, crit and crit chance maxed, Repair/Force damage maxed(for God's sake man, take Reconstruct!) but no points in crits, Cha maxed, Spell Pen maxed or taken to lvl 2, 1 SP enhancement, 1 Arcane Spell failure enhancement, 2 Con enhancements, toughness enhancements, some Max/Empower cheaper enhancements, and I'm probably forgetting something but if you still have points, put them into whatever(capstone! so you don't have to respec once it is fixed).

yes, so pls disregard my comment about extra skill point. concentration, umd and diplomacy are good choice.

i didn't read his spell choice and enhancement before my first comment. it's hard to read when listed by level obtained. after a quick look, my comments are as follows:
    • most of the spell choice are fine to me
    • Spell (3): Protection From Energy Spell (4): Stoneskin Spell (5): Protection From Elements, you only need Protection from Elements
    • Break Enchantment - use scroll
    • Spell (4): Phantasmal Killer, not to useful given that we have FoD and Banshee.
    • Spell (7): Greater Teleport - you definitely should use scroll!
    • Spell (6): Mass Suggestion - with mass charm monster, i think there is no need for mass suggestion
    • Spell (8): Sunburst - doesn't seem to be too useful to me, unless you often team with rog who don't have Radiance themselves
    • Spell (9): Summon Monster IX, Spell (9): Dominate Monster, the main problem is you don't have Energy Drain. Unless your build is as uber as those on this forum, your spell won't land in the mod 9 quests.
