I am looking at doing a tempest ranger, and I was wondering what a good starting strength/dex/con would be. I am a drow. I currently have 12/20/12.

A lot of people would recommend dropping the Dex to 18 and using the build points in Str, Con or both.

A higher Str will help punch through mob DR. A Drow/Elf weak point is their Con, so bumping that wouldn't hurt either.

If you want a Weapon Finesse Ranger, I would suggest Str 14, Dex 18, Con 12 (or higher if you can).
