didn't you know quik - it's lucky they released mod9 because groups without level 20s can't possibly complete the shroud. In fact, I can't believe any groups were beating it at all until recently.

i agree, quik. +1 rep. amazing how we were pwning shroud at 14-16 just a month ago. seems people have forgotten already, or they have grown too uber to play with a 14. i am definately seeing changes in attitude and groups since cap came off. some worse than others. and for the flamers, and before anyone says it....yes, i put lfm's up for my own groups. just end up with some ****** dyslexic level 18,19 or 20 who wants to join anyways. or you end up waiting on a healer. i play a healer most of the time, so thats half the wait. people are just getting too uber for ddo.

Well i just sat with an lfm up empty for 15 min, then another went up and filled, was 18-20 and they wouldnt take me either. Just got let in one by an 18 lfm 16-20. I was surprised, but **** I would be close to finishing the first if they woulda let me in I hate crying about it but **** do you guys suck that much?


edit:h yeah, ran 4 today with this alt, i do put up my own lfms, but sometimes I just like to be in my place in the back of the bus.

Im still fairly choosy on which pugs i join for raids, simply because they take to long and I end up getting frustrated, but when I roll an alt and am farming for shards I bite my tongue and put up with it. I was looking for groups today and would have jumped in any pug so long as I thought they could complete pt 1 lol.

The truth is there is only one guy in the guild that has any lvl 20s that can carry us through, and he leaves on vacation (?) for two weeks so im screwed!

I've seen several 14-17 Shrouds posted. I've not seen one fill, as too few people in the level range are flagged and confident enough in their toon to beast Shroud at that level, and most of those people are on timer.

Yeah im not in it for the xp, im just trying to get my darn shards. It suck sitting on a stack of ingred, ready to craft and no shards. Its worse when you cant even get in the run to have a chance at a chest.

I figure I just need to hit 16 to get xp fer it, and i should have all the shards i need by then (hopefully) so ill just get my xp then and craft up at least my first two weapons.

Quik, you're mistaken here. It's not your level that's the problem, it's that you're well-known enough on the server that if someone sees Quik*.* or *.* by Oych in the name, they're going to know that the character is irrevocably gimped and not worth the trouble dragging through the quest.
