Is there a way to display the frames per second.

Is there a way to display how many frames per second your getting? Despite my computer being a dual core, 2 ghz with 4 Gigabytes of ram. "and a cruddy ATI Radeon X1250" it gets a horrible frame rate, so I'm trying various things to put that up, but the problem is, I don't know how much its improving anything by. "Not that gets even getting that much better ether."

I blame vista, since my other old computer, which is 5 years older then this one that I got last year, that has xp on it actually can run at a acceptable rate.
Anyway, is there a way to display FPS?

Pops up on the right hand side of your screen, in the middle, and can be blocked by any hotbars you have dragged over there.
