need a 28 pt Drow Rogue build

I need someone who can help me build a good Drow Rogue. I don't mind splashing in any class if called for except Favored Soul cause I dont have it unlocked but I doubt thats going to be an issue lol anyways.. I'd to mainly group but for the days grouping is slow or I just dont feel like it I'd still like to be able to handle most dungeons by myself. I always carry a Cleric Hiriling with me when i'm alone too. I want to be able to do all the trapmonkey stuff and still DPS my heart out. I've gotten alot of awesome gear saved up for him but no tomes. So with that said I do not want a build that requires you have to have every +2 tome possible... I'm tired of finding a build for something I want then finding out only the player who has farmed all that **** can make it... its quite annoying for a new player. Also I don't mind a Bard who can do trap monkey things too but only if that is going to be viable at end game. Thank you ahead of time.

I think you may have just described one of my two favorite builds: Vandt (see link in signature). He can do traps (except Cabal of course), and has a ton of flexibility. He's a decent soloer for a Rogue, and doesn't require insane equipment to operate.

Edit: Btw, all Drow are 28-points.
