    Lightbulb Please Somebody

    I need account managment hekp.
    all I can find is knolege base ****.
    what is the e-mail address? way back when this game started you could e-mail for help but that seams to have been droped in favor of endless self search that never lead to a abswer.
    my problem is I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN MY TURBINE POINTS FOR SEPTEMBER AND NOW ITS OCTOBER AND NO POINTS YET.
    also I have had to enter payment info everyday this week.
    it wouldnt be so bad if turbine would leave my toons in there origanal slots but no my 1st (main/highest level) toon is the one theuy lock out and I will not buy a extra slot as I have 10 slots as a vip anyway.

    not expecting any offical answers as all the complants I (and many others I suspect) have fallen apon deaf ears

    If you go to the account support page, there is a section about halfway down that says:

    Send an Email to out Account Management Team

    Our Account Management team will reply to your account needs in a timely manner. Click Here to submit your inquiry.


    Follow the directions there and you'll be able to send off a ticket.

    Not sure what your other problems are, but each support page has the option to file a ticket so feel free to hit up the appropriate support group!

    Please include in the FAQ when in a month will a VIP be given their Turbine Points allowance. I don't believe I got mine last month since launch, so I expected to have some now. I don't have them. It would be great if history would shot the purchase and allocation of Turbine points as well as their expenditure.

    Default its been 2 days now...

    We are also aware that players are not receiving their VIP point rewards immediately upon updating. Please note that VIP points are not granted immediately when you upgrade or click the link to "Get Unlimited Access". VIP points are granted the next morning after the billing system processes a successful subscription payment. If the payment is not processed for any reason, the points will not be granted.

    so when is it that billing runs my card?
    you took money out right away last month and this month but I never got my points last month.
    so this would mean I havent been billed for 2 months now right?

    We are aware that some players are not receiving their VIP point rewards after a successful payment. We are working to identify the cause and provide a solution, and will notify everyone through the forums when this issue is fully resolved. We thank you for your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.


    So you havent found the problem yet right? after a full 30 days and nothing?

    If you continue to have VIP access, and the payment was processed, but you do not receive the points within 24 hours then please contact our Account Management department by phone or email. They will be happy to review the account and assist.

    I've done thius several tine with no changes. all I get is a auto responce saying my account info has been succesfully updated.how many players are affected with tghis? apparntly not very many or something would have been done about it.

    it wouldnt be a problem if I hadnt spent money for vip statice (and the perks of said statice) but I have and everone I run quests with get theres.

    SO AM I JUST THE REDHEADED STEPCHILD OR WHAT?

    this is just the latest of a LONG list of problems I have had with DDO and most of those have never been resolved/

    this game is my stress releaver but as of late its been causing the stress.

    so like the thred titls says SOMEBODY HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

    I received a ton of Turbine points at launch. I have not received any more Turbine Points since the EU launch other than tiny amounts for favor and what I have purchased. It appears that I have no monthly allotment even though I am a VIP with an unbroken subscription since February 2006.

    I am sorry that you guys are experiencing this issue. I apologize, but we are unable to assist with specific accounts via the forums.

    As this post says:

    In the meantime, if you have not received your VIP points, please feel free to contact the Account Management department in regards to this issue, and they will be happy to assist.

    Please note that phone volume may be high, especially towards the beginning of the week. Additionally, Account Management email turn around is about two weeks at this time due to volume. We are processing all emails in the order they are received.

    Exclamation I Have Several Times

    I have emailed then every day since 10/3/09 and all I get is a auto reply saying my account has succesfully been updated.

    I still have to reenter my billing info each time I log in. still no TPs and the hours of operation for account managment suck 4:00-8:30 pst. I am going to have to call and complane seeing as email dosent work

    oh and to quote turbine

    you know what happens to us if we have a problem? not much unless its paying for our subscription then we get shut down super fast.
