Premium account unable to post

Hello

I've recently returned to DDO. I've purchased a number of Turbine points and my account has been upgraded to premium. Despite this I am unable to post on any forum outside this free player forum.

I would like to know why. I was under the impression that vip and premium account recieved unlimited forum access.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm showing that your forum account is tied to a free account, not a Premium one. Are you sure you're using the correct forum account? If you feel you are, please PM me the game account you use to log in to DDO and I'll investigate.

Thanks for the quick reply Tarrant. I've sent you a message through your DDO. I guess that was the right way to go about it? Not sure where I find my messages but hopefully it'll be obvious when I get one. Thanks again.
