Been browsing through the forums looking for a good build for a Pure fighter. TWF seems like an interesting build and wanted to try it out. Was wondering anyone have suggestions or links to a build for a new player (no tomes 32 points etc)

I too am interested in something like this.
I don't have a link to a build but here is some advice and some of it is opinion.
If you do not have 32 pt. builds, I would start out with a dwarf, you get a racial bonus to constitution (+2) to your con score and you get some spell resistances. Another good thing is that you can take the racial toughness bonuses and the fighter toughness bonuses to get your hp bumped up even further. I think that an AC in the 60's and lots of HP make for a very effective character.
You get plenty of feats as a fighter so you shouldn't have too much trouble being a very good dual wielder with dwarven axes.
Here are the necessities - TWF, ITWF, OTWF, GTWF, Weapon Focus-Slashing, Greater Weapon Focus-Slashing, and Superior Weapon Focus- Slashing. Power Attack is nice but would wait until level 10-12 or so before I took that. I also like Dodge and Mobility as it gives you a little bit of AC and increases your to-hit while you are moving.
After that, just read the descriptions and see what makes sense - Power Critical, Improved shield mastery (for tanking), and anything else that increases your damage output or increases your AC.
As far as enhancements, figure out what you need for Kensai III and start with that. Pick up the dwarven axe damge 1 and 2, d-axe mastery, and things to help your initimidate.
Just my two cents worth, good luck and have fun.
Absolutely agree. This has been said before but it bares repeating to new players. Its tempting to use WIS as a dump stat for fighters. Its a common and terrible mistake. Fighters have terrible WILL saves, and it really is no fun getting held, poisoned, diseased, etc. Try and shot for a 8-10 just to keep it even.
I'm interested in the same thing. Here is my attempt. Comments and criticisms welcome.

FYI, a base dex of 17 is needed for Greater Twin Weapon Fighting, so you'll probably want to start at 16 dex and add 1 stat increase to it.
This build should work

1AP left over for Dwarven Waraxe Specialization III glitch in the planner wouldn't let me take it
You would be better off going Ranger for the tempest build which grants bonuses to 2 weapon fighting for free, plus you wont need such high dex so you could max out your strength. You also get access to spells, cure wands, and you could probably do a good 12rang/8fight or 16/4 split and still get the extra feats.
