lvl 8-9 scrolls and materials

Hi all, i havent played my wizzy in such a long time.. i ma bringing her back to game.. but where can i buy lvl 8-9 scrolls and inscription materials from ?

Scrolls - from the Auction House or find them in chests.
Inscription mats: Presumably Portable Hole or Amrath.

I think there are some level 8-9 components available in the twelve as well. I even want to say that there might be some level 8 spell scrolls there, but its been ages since I looked so I can't be sure. There is currently no way to buy level 9 spells except for at the AH (which is rediculously overpriced). My suggestion, go to the AH, find the 2 most expensive spells on the list, and chose those when you level up (assuming they are good ones you will use). Then if you need some of the cheaper ones wait until someone posts a reasonable price.

The two spells that are most important to grab on hitting 17 are Energy Drain and Wail of the Banshee. On 15, I'd grab Polar Ray and Mass Protection from Elements (yes, the latter is a level 7 spell but it's not purchasable and it's simply better than any level 8 ones).
