    Default VIP problem.

    I payed the monthly fee for 1 month & after 12 hours I lost my VIP status. It could be that I'm missing something but it's really annoying that I can't play with my character & can't even create the same anymore. Someone help me if possible please.

    I do apologize, but we're not able to assist with account specific issues via the forums. You may want to log into the Account Management page and check the status of your account. You may also want to check your credit card statement, as the most likely cause of this issue is that the payment was declined by your card company for some reason. If it was declined, and you have questions about that, please contact your credit card company directly.

    If you have additional questions or would like assistance in updating card information or reinstating the account, please contact the Account Management department. (Please note, you should not include your credit card number in an email.)

    Default At least do the job You can

    At least unstuck my hero which is in a pay to play quest & he can't get out of the zone because the door is locked until I finish the quest which I can't finish because my account got back to Free.....
