Level 9 Tempest Ranger - Help?

I'm nearly level 10, and I'm just... meh about my ranger. I've been following the Tempest path by default, because I didn't know a good build to customize it myself. I do *not* have 32 point builds unlocked, so I'd like to know if it's possible (through feat resetting via Fred, and changing all my enchancements) to a build that's *really* good, i.e. TWF yet stays pure ranger for the capstone?

Honestly, the default path for Tempest is pretty decent, though most any two weapon build is going to be a bit of a late bloomer. About all I would change is instead of taking Weapon Focus: Slash, I would instead opt for Toughness. And depending on race I might lower the starting dex in favor of con, but that's not make-or-break. You'll have to be more specific about what you don't like or what you feel is lacking, rather than simply saying it's "meh".
